Calibre is open-source software that helps to manage your e-books. Among its functionalities, it also offers the ability to convert from one format to another. Among important formats, it’s worth mentioning:

How to convert EPUB to PDF with Calibre

E-book conversion in Calibre is straightforward. Follow the steps below to convert the EPUB document to PDF in Calibre.

Step 1: Open the EPUB document in Calibre and select it

Right-click on the EPUB document with your mouse and choose open with Calibre main program.

Step 2: Click on the Convert books in Calibre

Locate the Convert books in Calibre as shown below and click on it.

Step 3: Select PDF as the Output format on the right pane.

After clicking on Convert books, Calibre asks for the format on the input and that on the output. On the left, you have the Input format, EPUB. Select the Output format as PDF on the right side as illustrated below. In case you want to convert to a different format than PDF, feel free to choose one among the list of formats.

Step 4: Click OK and wait for the conversion

Final thoughts

As you can see from the screenshot below the PDF format of the e-book is now available.

Do a right click on the PDF and select Save to disk. This saves the PDF e-book in your preferred folder.
